Highland Kashmir Ipa

The description: Hazy gold with a fluffy white head. Very floral, citrusy nose
with nice malty notes. Medium body that starts firm, herbal hop that is followed
by a rich carmel malt that enhances the hop rather than overpower it. Clears
quickly and very dry.

The analyst says: I am not real impressed with the Highland brews. This one has
subtle hops and a very dry finish.

Big Boss D'Icer Dunkel Weizen

The description: Icer is copper colored. Made with 50% wheat as well as Munich
and Vienna malts. There is a nice balance between the rich malt flavors and a
unique spicy yeast character that makes this seasonal a must try. 4.5%ABV

The analyst says: It's a Brown Wheat beer which is smooth and simple. No
dominant flavors.

Olde Hickory Christmas Ale

The description: This spiced ale is brewed with the careful blending of orange zest, cinnamon, ginger and local honey. The marriage of these flavors produces a beautiful copper hue. 4.5ABV
The analyst says: Smells like a dirty mint. Taste like a stale candy cane. Awful!
